Terms of Service

Last updated 14 August 2026

These terms govern use of thrumagency.com and, where applicable, work you engage THRUM to perform. By submitting the diagnostic form or commissioning work, you agree to them.

The site

Content on this website is for general information. Service descriptions, timelines, and price ranges are invitations to discuss a scoped engagement — not a binding offer until we confirm in writing.

No guarantees of AI outcomes

THRUM does not control third-party AI systems and cannot guarantee citations, rankings, recommendations, or inclusion in generated answers. Work improves editorial, structural, technical, and authority signals that can increase eligibility, clarity, and visibility. Results vary by category, crawl behavior, and systems we do not operate.

Diagnostic requests

Sending a domain and email requests a first read, not a completed Diagnostic. We reply within one business day when capacity allows. We take on a limited number of Diagnostics per quarter and may decline work that is a poor fit.

Fees and credit

Published Diagnostic fee: $7,500, one-time, delivered in approximately 15 business days. If you proceed into an AI Authority Transformation within 90 days of Diagnostic delivery, the Diagnostic fee is credited toward that engagement. Other fees are scoped in a written statement of work.

TODO: refund policy, deposit terms, late-payment terms, and what happens if a Diagnostic is paused or cancelled mid-stream.

Deliverables and intellectual property

You keep the Diagnostic findings, baseline, and 90-day plan delivered to you. You may execute that plan with any partner. THRUM retains its methods, templates, and unscoped tools.

TODO: counsel to specify IP assignment vs. license for Transformation builds, residual knowledge, and portfolio / method-page usage rights.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have authority to submit the domain, that information you provide is accurate, and that you will not use our work to misrepresent another organization.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, THRUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by third-party AI systems. Aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

TODO: governing law, venue, and whether a liability cap should be narrower. Flag for counsel.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Engagement-specific statements of work control if they conflict with this page.
